Claudia Martínez

Co-owner and executive pastry chef

An award-winning pastry chef, Claudia has earned national recognition, including a James Beard Award nominations and accolades from Eater and Star Chefs. With experience at top restaurants like Miller Union, Tiny Lou’s, Atlas, Umi and Restaurant Eugene, Claudia's expertise in pastry innovation and culinary artistry forms the backbone of Bar ANA.

Artie De Los Santos

Co-owner and partner

A seasoned entrepreneur and hospitality leader, Artie has worked with powerhouse brands like LVMH and Diageo. His deep experience in marketing, sales, and event production, coupled with his strong distributor relationships, ensures a seamless and profitable program for both the bar and coffee residency.

Mayim Williams

Beverage director

An Atlanta native and experienced bartender, Mayim has been bartending for several years in high volume and fine dining establishments such as Kimball House and El Malo. She has been working in hospitality for over 10 years, taking on leadership roles and part of opening teams for several Atlanta restaurants.

Mayim’s skill and knowledge in bartending technique, cocktail creation and menu development ensures an inviting and inventive cocktail program at Bar ANA.

Ivan Solis

RECUERDOS owner and Bar ANA coffee resident

Ivan Solis is the founder of RECUERDOS. With more than 10 years of experience in specialty coffee in acclaimed shops such as Gilly Brew Bar in Stone Mountain and Academy Coffee in Atlanta, Ivan is committed to making the industry more inclusive and accessible to BIPOC+ communities. His mission is to bring people closer to their roots through thoughtfully crafted drinks, pop-up experiences, and collaborations. Looking ahead, Iván envisions RECUERDOS to be a community-centered cafe - a place where coffee serves as a bridge to culture, history, and belonging.
